The Messenger (pbah) said,
“Whoever takes the path hoping for knowledge, Allah makes easy for him the path to Paradise. Verily, the angels lower their wings for the seeker of knowledge out of pleasure of what he is doing. Verily all in the heavens and earth seek forgiveness for the knowledgeable, even the fish in the water. The excellence of the knowledgeable over the servant is like the excellence of the moon on the night of the full moon over all the planets. Verily, the learned are the heirs of the Prophets. The Prophets do not leave a dinar or dirham but it is inherited in knowledge and he who takes it, takes a great bounty.” (Abu Dawood, Ibn Maajah, and Ibn Hibbaan)
The Prophet (pbah) states:
The best among you are those who learn the Quran and teach it. (Bukhari).

About Quran Institute
Quran Institute strives to teach the Quran with excellent tajweed. We aim to inspire students to have a strong connection with the Quran through its memorization, understanding and implementation.
Tajweed refers to the manner in which the Quran is read, down to the pronunciation of each letter, so we may recite as the Prophet (saw) recited. Learning how to read the Quran correctly is an obligation for all Muslims.
The ideal manner in which to learn how to read with Tajweed is under the guidance of a qualified teacher, so mistakes may be corrected and recitation improved and beautified.. We have both male and female teachers.
Here at Quran Institute we recognize the value and necessity of well qualified teachers to guide, advise and instill knowledge upon students. We therefore ensure all teachers go through a rigorous recruitment process before being appointed. They must also agree to Quran Institute’s child protection policy and are further trained after appointment to ensure they are equipped to teach at Quran Institute’s standards.
